This might be the first Doctor Who reference in Commander Cottontail, but it's certainly not going to be the last. Great news for fans of the show I'm, sure, but for the rest of you, well, hopefully you'll be able to put up with it. :)

Anyway, in case you're wondering, the Dalek is part of the Character Building Doctor Who range. They're pretty good toys and completely Lego compatible and £2 for a Dalek can't be bad.
